Overview As the Maintenance Manager at Brightstar Lottery, you’ll lead a skilled team dedicated to ensuring our facility and equipment run smoothly and reliably. You’ll oversee all maintenance operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and growth. This role is key to supporting our production goals and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

Build and manage daily, weekly, and long‑term maintenance schedules.

Lead and coach the maintenance team to meet goals and deliver high‑quality work.

Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.

Champion a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.

Facilitate training programs in troubleshooting, technical skills, and safety protocols.

Host team meetings to align on goals, share updates, and celebrate wins.

Ensure compliance with all site‑specific policies and safety standards.

Optimize use of resources—staff, tools, equipment, and parts—to maximize efficiency.

Prioritize and allocate resources to meet operational goals and budget targets.

Maintain and enhance the preventive maintenance program.

Track and report key metrics including response times, cost estimates, and PM effectiveness.

Adjust repair schedules to support production priorities.

Develop equipment specifications and quality programs to improve performance.

Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve issues proactively.

Manage inventory and order supplies to support maintenance needs.

Collaborate with Engineering on capital projects, equipment installations, and upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in maintenance, engineering, or facilities—or equivalent experience.

5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance operations.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

Familiarity with industrial equipment and facility operations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in press or printing operations.

Proficiency with maintenance management systems (e.g., Guide Ti).

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887–$115,000. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
