High Fidelity Wraparound Center of Excellence Manager (PUBL EDUC MGR 1) – 82069
Department: UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) – Lifelong Learning arm of UC Davis. Position located in Davis, CA, hybrid (on-site and remote).
Job Overview Under the general direction of the RCFFP Director, serve as a Manager on the leadership team within the High Fidelity Wraparound Center for Excellence (HFW COE). Provide leadership for statewide implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) under California’s BH-CONNECT initiative. The HFW leadership team oversees fidelity monitoring, training coordination, technical assistance, and coaching activities, working closely with RCFFP and COE leadership for consistency and alignment across teams and initiatives. This role is instrumental in setting strategic direction of the HFW COE, overseeing budget and contract deliverables, and ensuring statewide consistency of Wraparound practice across California.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid California driver’s license or enrollment in CA Employer Pull Notice Program.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related field.
Minimum of three years of leadership experience in behavioral health initiatives, with extensive expertise in child welfare and behavioral health systems and Wraparound practices, including fidelity monitoring and delivering training and technical assistance tailored to adult learners.
Extensive experience managing High‑Fidelity Wraparound projects, including strategic planning, execution, and oversight of complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, strong budget oversight, financial analysis, and resource alignment.
Extensive experience in administrative operations, budget management, contract compliance, and human resources principles, with expertise in Medi‑Cal billing and braided funding practices.
Supervisory/management experience leading professional staff; strong leadership, team development, stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Experience in workforce development, curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
In‑depth knowledge of Wraparound practice, fidelity monitoring tools, and CQI.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related field.
LCSW or MSW; advanced degree in related area.
Demonstrated experience planning and organizing programs for adult learners.
Program leadership experience in an entrepreneurial educational context.
Experience with industry‑standard technology and data practices in business and management.
Experience in highly collaborative environments requiring negotiation with multiple stakeholders.
Position Information
Salary range: $85,500 – $157,300 per year
