SENIOR RIGHT OF WAY AGENT

Salary:
$8,678.00 – $10,783.00 per month (minimum salary for new to state candidates).

Job Description:
Under the direction of the District 12 Supervising Right of Way Agent (Office Chief), the Senior Right of Way Agent is the first‑line supervisor overseeing Associate Right of Way Agents and Range A and B Right of Way Agents. The agent will manage the Right of Way functional units assigned, which may include appraisals, acquisitions, condemnation, local programs, excess lands, property management, relocation assistance programs, and any combination thereof.
The incumbent will primarily devote their time to the specific function in which they are assigned, while also supervising, directing, reviewing, and planning the work of a group of Right of Way Agents and support staff. Travel is required and a valid driver’s license is necessary to operate state‑owned or leased vehicles.
Minimum Requirements:
Position: Senior Right of Way Agent.
Special Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state‑owned or leased vehicle.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ):
The SOQ must describe: 1) why you are the best candidate; 2) your experience leading a team and being a role model in the right‑of‑way field; 3) your experience in excess lands, property management, and relocation assistance programs.
