May require off shifts, weekends, holidays Job Summary:
Provide hands‑on support for equipment installation and startup in a solar wafer manufacturing plant. Responsibilities
Assist with equipment startup – set up equipment, collect data, and modify as needed. Provide feedback to improve equipment and product quality. Support root‑cause identification and resolution in manufacturing. Apply engineering principles to resolve challenges. Create standard work documentation – SOPs, safety procedures, job aids, training documentation. Ensure safe work practices. Mandarin speaking is a plus. Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering (required). 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred 5+ years). Hands‑on troubleshooting, installation, and debugging of equipment (not design focus). Strong analytical, data‑driven decision making. Effective technical leadership, organization, and planning. Creative problem solving and innovative thinking. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Self‑starter, team player, motivator. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams (skills, gender, culture, race, etc.). Capable of multitasking. Benefits
