Location: Chicago, IL (On-site)
Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Some travel required
Moody Bible Institute is seeking a
Director & Title IX Coordinator to lead compliance efforts across its campuses. Reporting to the Provost, this role oversees Title IX administration, safety regulations, and youth protection policies, ensuring alignment with federal and state laws. Key Responsibilities: Lead Title IX compliance and investigations Supervise compliance staff Develop training and prevention programs Maintain and update policies and procedures Analyze data and prepare reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Title IX or related compliance Strong leadership, communication, and policy development skills Knowledge of Title IX, Clery Act, FERPA, ADA, and related laws Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred: Experience in higher education or public sector Title IX or civil rights law certification Benefits: Includes health coverage, retirement plan, education discounts, and more.
