A&P Mechanic Location:
Aurora, OR 97002 US Pay:
Minimum $30/hr, negotiable based on experience Schedule:
Flexible work schedule Opti Staffing Group is a growing maintenance facility dedicated to delivering top-quality service in a professional and supportive work environment. We are passionate about aviation and prioritize our people, offering a flexible work schedule and a commitment to excellence. Our current focus is on light piston aircraft, with plans to expand into charter flight services using light turbine aircraft. Responsibilities
Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and inspections on aircraft Adhere to all FAA and manufacturer requirements Maintain accurate records of work performed using our computer-based maintenance tracking program Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest safety and quality standards What’s In It for You

Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance FAA A&P license Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail General computer literacy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Good communication skills and a commitment to safety The Musts
At least 5 years of experience and/or A&P license Preferred
Experience with light turbine aircraft (a plus) Next Steps
