and lead a profitable restaurant that meets our exacting standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with your leader to set restaurant goals, create plans to achieve them, and coach a team of Department Managers to improve the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage a high‑volume restaurant and ensure it is a profitable and high‑quality operation.
Set the restaurant’s goals and develop a plan to achieve them with the support of a senior leader.
Lead a team of Department Managers—set goals, monitor progress, provide coaching and direction to improve each department.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team.
Ideal candidates have:
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
At least 18 years of age.
