Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant.
Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction.
Improve departmental performance to enhance overall restaurant success.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers as needed.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
