What You’ll Do
Showcase a growth mindset by first understanding customers’ business challenges and then designing a solution that achieves the end goal in the shortest route.
Act as a bridge between the sales team and customers, sharing up‑to‑date insights on productivity solutions from vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco, formulating approaches, hosting workshops with leaders from the C‑Level to staff, and translating technical jargon into layman’s terms and vice versa.
Challenge customers by using skills, insight, and experience to help them see what it takes to do the right things rather than simply doing things right, confidently challenging their beliefs with well‑researched, tailored insights.
Create an excellent experience for customers and internal stakeholders with adaptable communication skills that foster collaboration. Document the agreed‑upon solution through well‑written, thoughtful, and detailed statements of work that demonstrate maturity, wisdom, and professionalism.

7+ years of industry experience in a technology focus area; 4+ years’ experience in services pre‑sales or post‑sales services delivery/support capacity.
A mastery of at least two of the following required technologies, with a desire to develop expertise on the secondary technologies.
