Job Overview
Shift Manager role at McDonald's in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, responsible for all employment matters.
Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking actions to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum age 18 years.
