Job Description Summary The Senior Manager, Product Strategy will be a key leader in advancing Raymond James’ enterprise product strategy. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, launching new products and investment capabilities, and expanding platform offerings across business lines. The Senior Manager also plays a critical role in the ongoing due diligence and approval review of existing products to ensure continued alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, this individual will contribute to the oversight of the investment and proprietary capital activities of Raymond James Financial, Inc. (RJF), and its subsidiaries.
Reporting to the SVP of Product Strategy, the Senior Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver innovative, client‑centric solutions that support the firm’s long‑term vision.
Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the launch of new businesses, products, and investment capabilities with a strong focus on delivering positive client outcomes and seamless end‑to‑end user experiences.
Apply deep expertise in Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Investment Banking products to inform product strategy and development.
Manage the full strategy lifecycle, including opportunity identification, strategic planning, business transformation, and implementation.
Conduct competitive assessments, including peer benchmarking and analysis of market trends and innovation.
Develop compelling business cases to support the firm’s multi‑year corporate strategy and planning initiatives.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance and differentiate the firm’s product platform and capabilities.
Support the Proprietary Capital Committee (PCC) by reviewing investment proposals, preparing reports, and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholder input.
Contribute to the governance and continuous improvement of investment‑related policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Participate in the due diligence process for new and existing investments, including assessments of business, financial, legal, and compliance.
Knowledge of
Consumer Banking and Insurance Products.
Alternative Investments.
Institutional Equity and Fixed Income Investment Solutions.
Asset Management.
Private Investments.
Financial Statement Analysis.
Bank Holding Company Act.
Understanding of current financial markets and economic events.
Skill in
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Self‑starter who is proactive, intellectually curious, and has ability to seek out projects independently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a collaborative mindset and approach to work.
Exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Interpersonal communication sufficient to interact with associates at all levels.
Ability to
Work with senior executives to develop a strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding products and services.
Identify opportunities and capabilities to create an industry‑leading product platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders and work with cross‑functional teams in the assessment of new opportunities and initiatives.
Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks, exhibiting an advanced level of project management and presentation skill sets.
Self‑start and work independently with limited direction or supervision.Maintain high level of discretion in dealing with confidential information. Exhibit professionalism and ability to present to senior and executive management.
