Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Application Integration Support Manager within the Transcend IM AMS team to lead support operations for critical supply chain ERP application integrations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in BTP IS, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional support outcomes. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration across teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless application performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end‑to‑end application support activities for healthcare applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Lead and manage a team of support engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Utilize SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP IS) to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex integration issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business units, to address support tickets and improve system stability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates and technical insights on support cases.
Promote a bias for outcome by prioritizing critical issues and implementing proactive support strategies.
Drive a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the support team.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 6 years of relevant technical experience, with extensive experience supporting enterprise applications and a focus on SAP BTP IS.
Proven team management and leadership skills, with experience leading support or operational teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a bias for delivering effective, timely solutions.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into understandable language for diverse audiences.
Relevant certifications in SAP BTP or application support are advantageous.
Experience with tools for observability, error handling, self‑healing, AIOps, etc.
Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple support initiatives.
Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
Adaptability to evolving technology landscapes and support challenges.
Passion for mentoring and developing support teams.
Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $100,000 - $172,500.
Additional paid benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Eligible employees may participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Time‑off benefits include vacation (120 hours per year), sick time (40 hours per year), holiday pay (13 days per year), work, personal and family time (up to 40 hours per year), parental leave (480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child), condolence leave (30 days for a family member), caregiver leave (10 days), volunteer leave (4 days), and military spouse time‑off (80 hours).
