Position Enterprise Account Executive

– Digital Shipping Solutions (Remote, California) at

Pitney Bowes .

Provide innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency for our clients to meet their shipping and mailing needs.

Pay & Incentives Base salary range: $75,000 – $220,000 per year. Salary is negotiable (starting at $75,000) plus incentive-based pay, giving On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 – $220,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless process.

Conduct product demos and presentations of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing solutions (Lockers, CCM, SaaS, APIs, Shipping360, PitneyEnterprise, ShipAccel).

Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Apply a customer‑focused, consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers within Fortune 1000 companies or assigned verticals.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Client Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Product Specialists) to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and report on activities.

Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of B2B sales experience supporting Enterprise clients.

Sales Hunter mentality; strong consultative selling skills.

Experience selling SaaS solutions.

Background in Shipping and/or Logistics industry.

Proven track record of successful sales performance (lead generation, prospecting, closing).

Experience using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, LinkedIn Navigator, Google Marketing.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage C‑Suite executives.

Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.

Collaborative mindset; works effectively with cross‑functional teams.
