Run a profitable restaurant and ensure customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met. Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set personal goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong team for the future. Pay & Employment
Pay rate: $50,000 – $65,000 for certified General Managers. This posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee, and not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC, is responsible for all employment related matters in the restaurant. The franchisee is the employer.
