Responsibilities
Team Member
– Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians while developing interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
Expert
– Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; proficient with Point of Sale systems and in‑person selling techniques.
Techie
– Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training.
Owner
– Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains inventory, audits safety and compliance, completes paperwork and logs, ensures merchandise is packaged and stored per company policies, and assists members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
Talent Ambassador
– Serves as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience, models high quality service, inspires others to adopt a respectful and supportive team‑oriented style, assists in training and addresses roadblocks.
Demonstrates integrity by complying with company policies, implementing action plans, managing business processes, and applying the Open Door Policy.
Communicates priorities, deadlines, expectations, and progress while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
Promotes a culture of belonging by embracing diversity, supporting associates, and fostering inclusion.

Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Auto service industry or retail experience (preferred).
