Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all store functions. Provide high level accountability for all retail store functions and communicate and implement the company vision through directing day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. Drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solutions sales environment with a focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. Mentor the Assistant General Manager and complete trainings, including weekly sales leadership calls. Motivate the team to excel in every guest interaction and drive the business forward. Build, develop, and mentor the sales team; teach and coach to follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time. Attract and retain top-caliber employees; act as a brand advocate for Victra; provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed objectives. Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services effectively; ensure store employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; maintain store performance through retail inventory compliance. Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports. Think of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and leverage the existing customer base. Ensure timely resolution of guest escalations and clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to the team. Stay up to date with new sales promotions to provide complete solutions for guests’ current and future needs. base pay: $43,888.00; pay includes base pay with potential monthly General Manager bonus. The average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role. What We Are Looking For

You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team to meet goals. You set high standards, relate well to diverse people, and focus on helping others perform at their best. You Will Need To Have

1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge High school diploma or GED One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to ten pounds Ability to stand for long periods Training Requirements

All General Managers must attend and complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 2 weeks of start, and a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) within 30 days of NHU. Some travel may be required. Online training will be provided throughout employment. Equal Employment Opportunity
