SOLV Energy , an EPC and solar services provider, to lead energy storage electrical construction projects across North America. This full‑time, onsite position requires a seasoned electrical construction professional with strong safety, leadership, and project management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage energy storage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
Mentor junior staff, assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and training.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA policies, and NEC, NFPA 70e, and IEEE standards.
Promote a culture of safety by enforcing SOLV standards and industry best practices.
Track and report on project profitability, schedule, quality control, customer satisfaction, and team attitude.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or related field.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
NFPA 70e “Qualified Person” preferred; OSHA 30‑hour construction safety certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, dispatching methods, and practice.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate.
Ability to travel and work in varied environments as required by project needs.
Physical Demands
Frequent stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting 50+ lbs.
Constant finger dexterity and depth perception; exposure to environmental conditions.
Occasional climbing, carrying, and proximity to moving mechanical parts or high exposed places.
