Network Operations Manager
to establish and lead our
Network Operations Center (NOC) .
This is a
ground-floor leadership opportunity
where the right candidate will develop operational frameworks, manage budgets, and build a
high-performance NOC team
as we grow.
Position Overview As the
Network Operations Manager , you will be responsible for launching and managing our
NOC operations in Orlando . You’ll oversee
network performance, troubleshooting, and provisioning
while developing the policies, processes, and team structure for long-term growth.

Adtran switching and routing devices
Adtran ONT provisioning and commissioning
OSS/BSS platforms:

&

Key ResponsibilitiesNOC Leadership & Strategy
Establish and manage the
Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orlando .
Develop and document
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response.
Oversee
operational budgets
and ensure cost‑effective network expansion.
Drive
strategic initiatives
to enhance network performance, reliability, and scalability.
Network Infrastructure Management
Deploy, configure, and manage
Adtran switching and routing devices .
Oversee
Adtran ONT provisioning and commissioning
for residential and business customers.
Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and security.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement proactive solutions.
Tech Stack & System Administration
Manage and optimize
Sonar OSS/BSS
and
CrowdFiber
platforms.
Maintain and oversee
IP addressing, VLAN configuration, and network security
best practices.
Work closely with engineering teams to integrate automation and new technologies.
Team Development & Growth
Recruit, train, and lead a
high-performing NOC team
as operations scale.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Act as the main point of escalation for complex network issues.
Qualifications & Experience
??
5+ years
of experience in
network operations, NOC management, or ISP engineering .
??
Hands‑on experience
with
Adtran switching, routing, and ONT provisioning .
??
Strong knowledge
of
Sonar OSS/BSS and CrowdFiber .
?? Experience with
network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization .
??
Budget management
and experience scaling network teams.
??
Entrepreneurial mindset —excited about building something from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with
FTTH/GPON/XGS-PON networks .
? Knowledge of
IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and network security best practices .
? Previous experience
leading NOC teams and growing network operations .
