We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and bring the fandom to life. You will be responsible for achieving store objectives, including sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You should be a proactive leader who develops talent and provides outstanding customer service. In essence, you are a superhero in retail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team. Create customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling. Maintain operational excellence with proper organization, delegation, and customer-focused selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ regarding trends and customer feedback. Utilize sales reports and data to inform strategies for meeting sales goals. Manage store policies, adapt to new technologies, and control supply spending responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on schedule. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented and passionate team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams. A high school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus. Ability to adapt in a fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay rate: $23.75 - $29.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and meeting role requirements.
