We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our store's success. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a team, and managing store operations. You should be a proactive leader who values talent development and customer service excellence. Essentially, you’re a superhero in retail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team. Create customer engagement and buzz through social media and store initiatives. Manage store operations, balancing organization, delegation, and customer focus. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategies. Implement company policies, adapt to new technologies, and manage supply spending responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time. Mentor and develop staff through recognition and feedback. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience with successful team leadership. High school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt to fast-changing retail environments. Interest in pop culture and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $23.75 - $29.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
