We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing performance. You’ll be a retail leader capable of handling various challenges and fostering talent and customer service excellence. Essentially, you’re a superhero.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales goals and drive store performance. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team. Create customer engagement through social media and store initiatives. Maintain operational excellence with organizational structure and customer-first practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback. Use sales data to inform strategies. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply ownership responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively and launch promotions timely. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams. High school diploma or GED; degree preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds. Salary: $23.75 - $29.70 per hour.
