What You Will Be Doing
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate who brings authenticity and fun to each interaction.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple.
Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
Compensation & Benefits Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training, a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days of employment, and paid time off. Employees accrue at least 40 hours of paid time off in their first year, increasing to 80 hours thereafter. Additional benefits include:

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
At least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University training program within two weeks of their start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
