The Head of Business Development will lead the pre-sales team across multiple regions, whose team will be responsible for expanding TT’s revenue, market share, and client base through identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies that bridge the gap between customer requirements and TT’s offerings.

Analyze industry trends
Deep knowledge of the TT suite of products and its application
Competitor Reviews (Analysis, Changes, Market coverage)
Client Needs
Market Trends & Regulations
Strategic Planning and Execution
Go To Market Planning, Execution & Tracking that supports TT’s growth strategy
TAM Overview with Wallet Sizing / Available Wallet / Greenspace
Identify new business opportunities
Revenue Generation
Identify & Pursue New Opportunities/ Prospects with Sales
Lead Generation and Qualification
Annual and Quarterly Forecasting & Planning with Sales
Manage RFP’s
Sales Opportunity Engagement
Work closely with the Head of Sales to plan sales activities and strategies
Key participant of deal teams
Create client specific demo scripts and perform in depth client demos based on discovery sessions including both product and technical information
Build Proposals in conjunction with sales
Assess and document the client solutions
Report on Deal Margins
Reporting and Analytics
Report on pipeline and sales statistics
Forecast future revenue
Report on KPI’s
Internal Collaboration
Liaise with product regarding the direction of the various roadmaps and communicate that to the sales teams.
Provide business requirements for functional gaps to product
Finance
Work with marketing on whitepapers, blogs, sales support material and standard product presentations
Support the Service Management team by participating in quarterly business and service reviews
Conference & Networking Events
Participate in networking at conference and other industry events
Be a panelist speaker for industry relevant topics
What Will You Bring to the Table?
15+ years of experience in Business Development in Financial Technology
Prior leadership experience
Futures and Options, Listed Equity Options, Equities experience preferred. Fixed Income and FX, nice to have
Experience in consultative enterprise sales processes and complex platforms to include trading, order management, risk, and back office
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both verbal and written.
Proven organizational and team management skills
Proficiency in the G-Suite and Salesforce

$175,000 – $250,000 / year
