Pardeesville, PA (Onsite) Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 - $16.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications. Brand - Spirit Halloween The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role involves supporting the Store Manager in various tasks to ensure maximum sales and profitability, including establishing and maintaining guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18, and a flexible schedule is necessary. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
