We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Sr. Tech Business Development (BD) professional to join the AWS Solution GTM team. This role involves working closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating AWS Solutions' go-to-market (GTM) strategies and scaling organizational capabilities. Responsibilities
Accelerate revenues for AWS Solutions by identifying and driving strategic initiatives that unify AWS Partner strategy across organizational lines. Collaborate with various strategic teams to set priorities and ensure seamless integration of initiatives, fostering a cohesive approach to execution and optimization. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance strategy deployment and operational effectiveness. Partner with operations to facilitate smooth execution of business rhythms and strategic initiatives. Deep dive into partner and customer data, trends, and insights to inform strategy and ensure customer and partner needs are prioritized. Communicate strategy, goals, and progress effectively across all organizational levels, fostering alignment and understanding among stakeholders. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements 5+ years of professional or military experience Bachelor's degree Experience influencing leadership decisions through strategy development Experience managing cross-functional programs and building processes Preferred Qualifications
