This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go‑to‑market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive AAIS portfolio partner enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with overall GTM objectives and service team priorities.
Design and implement scalable partner training programs, leveraging AI‑powered tools and platforms to maximize reach and effectiveness across AWS Partner Network.
Own and optimize AWS partner enablement tools (including Partner Central) for AAIS content management, ensuring high‑quality, accessible resources for partner teams.
Build and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate enablement effectiveness, providing data‑driven insights to optimize partner performance and program impact.
Coordinate and execute strategic enablement initiatives including roadshows, training events, and certification programs across regions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive partner enablement content, ensuring consistency across the AAIS portfolio while maximizing use of AI for scale.
Create and manage feedback loops between partner teams, field enablement, and GTM leadership to continuously improve enablement effectiveness.
Drive integration with existing AWS partner scaling programs while identifying opportunities for AAIS‑specific enhancements.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Training, Service) to ensure aligned messaging and maximize resource utilization across enablement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
5+ years of working with Business Application Technologies, including End User Compute, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services experience.
5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers.
Technical skills highly preferred (SQL, Reporting, Dashboarding) to manage programs end to end.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
