Must have current hands-on full-stack Python development with strong AWS experience. *** Only qualified Senior Python Developer candidates currently located in the Trenton, NJ area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite Presence*** Required Education: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Required Skills and Experience: • Proficiency in ReactJS front-end development (8 Years) • Experience with Flask web application framework (8 Years) • Experience with SQL Alchemy ORM (8 Years) • Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (8 Years) • Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture (8 Years) • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments (8 Years) • Experience with AWS Cloud services (ECS, RDS, ALB, Route 52, CloudWatch, Side-car patterns (8 Years) Preferred Skills and Experience: • Experienced full-stack developer with comprehensive AWS Cloud expertise to design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using native AWS services and modern development frameworks (8 Years) • Familiarity with Temporal workflow orchestration (8 Years) Our client is seeking an experienced full-stack Python developer with comprehensive AWS Cloud expertise (ECS, RDS, ALB, Route53, CloudWatch, side-car patterns) to design, implement & maintain scalable, high-performance apps using native AWS Services and modern development frameworks. The resource will develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS. Resource will develop responsive, intuitive front-end applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. Build robust back-end services with Python and SQL Alchemy. Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal. Design and optimize database schemas and queries. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and solutions. The resource must have extensive and current experience as an Application Developer and Solutions Architect in an AWS environment Job Duties: • Design applications to functional and technical programming standards • Work to gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications • Develop system specifications and interfaces • Review and understand the Application Team’s work plan • Provide status of work to the client's senior management team • Detail functional and process knowledge • Determine time estimates and schedule for work • Coordinate and work with the client software developer • Ensure that solutions meet business requirements • Identify and track issues, risks, and action items • Contribute to creating feature specifications and technical design blueprints • Build feature-focused testing • Contribute to user acceptance testing procedures and monitoring results • Contribute to performance and load testing procedures and issue remediation • Contribute to the creation of documentation and playbooks for the AWS-hosted Applications that OIM supports • Mentor client staff to gain familiarity and comfort supporting AWS cloud native applications • Lead knowledge transfer sessions to client staff Seniority level
