Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement Partner with your team to drive store initiatives Care about people and profit Support your team and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction Build, coach, and train team members to deliver excellent customer care and business results Handle inventory protection, asset management, safety, and operational issues Maintain cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stockroom, and outside areas Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous process improvement Grow customer relationships and ensure positive experiences both in-store and over the phone Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses or degree preferred Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or related fields Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Preferred: automotive industry background, experience in retail, auto body, dealership, or related fields; ASE Certifications; NAPA Know How Why NAPA?
