Position : Principal Systems Engineer – SPY‑6/ GhostEye family of radars
Location : Tewksbury, MA (Bldg 3, 50 Apple Hill Drive, Concord) or Marlborough, MA (may require occasional travel)

What You Will Do
Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
Be responsible for radar processing algorithm development.
Be responsible for radar software requirements development.
Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
Develop analysis tools in support of problem identification and resolution.
Work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience or equivalent.
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures.
Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments.
Design experience in radar system areas such as antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi‑sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management, and mission planning.
Development experience, including use of DOORS.
Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++.
Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.
Systems engineering experience on DoD systems.
