Optometrist - Full-Time (4-5 Days/Week) - Medically-Oriented Private Practice (Extensive Benefits and Competitive Pay) - Santa Fe, NM
Founded in 1976, we have evolved into one of the largest comprehensive eye care practices in the United States with 12 clinics, 2 eye surgery centers, and 11 optical shops throughout New Mexico. We are looking for a full‑time Optometrist to join the practice and tend to our incredible community.
What You’ll Need
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
Valid NM state license to practice optometry (or pending)
Collaborative, patient‑focused, humble, and eager to learn and expand skill set

Environment:
Our new O.D. will always have a robust team supporting them every day. They will work alongside over fifty Ophthalmologists and Optometrists throughout 12 clinic locations, 2 surgery centers, and 11 optical shops, as well as thorough support staff.
Schedule:
Normal hours Monday to Friday 8 AM–5 PM with no weekends; occasional Saturdays for urgent care, maybe twice a year. We’re also open to 4‑day work weeks.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus production.
Front‑loaded PTO based on days per week worked, increasing with experience
