What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a clinical team while managing a reduced caseload
Design and oversee personalized treatment plans
Mentor RBTs, BCBA interns, and new BCBAs
Provide caregiver training and ongoing case management
Ensure quality outcomes and uphold ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
Current BCBA & LBA (TX)
2+ years of experience as a practicing BCBA
1+ year with early intervention clients (ages 2–6 preferred)
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Master’s in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field
CPR/AED or BLS certification
