quarterly staff social events (paid for by the company) Job Duties: Creating personalized treatment plans with measurable goals using the Thrive Behavior Centers treatment model Providing ongoing and responsive case management that meets the client’s unique needs Demonstrating leadership qualities while providing effective training and learning opportunities for employees Providing training and supervision for behavior technicians, behavior analyst interns Providing practical and compassionate caregiver education and training to assist families in supporting the client’s needs Demonstrating understanding of initial and ongoing authorization requirements Demonstrating fluency in the use of Central Reach clinical management software Modeling behaviors consistent with the mission and core values of Thrive Behavior Centers Modeling behavior consistent with the BACB ethical code, TBC policies and procedures, privacy regulations, and respect for client dignity Managing clinical schedule to ensure optimal clinical outcomes Effectively leading your center to ensure client and employee wellbeing Completing any additional assigned tasks as directed Requirements: Current BCBA certification and LBA license At least two years’ experience as a practicing BCBA At least one year of experience with early intervention (managing client cases who are working on acquiring early learner skills including functional communication, play, and adaptive skills) with children with autism Master’s degree in ABA, special education, or another related field Supervisory, leadership or management experience – 2 years Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Thrive Behavior Centers by 2x.
