The Team Our Forensic Technology Services team is a recognized provider of forensic investigation support. It is composed of experienced digital forensics, eDiscovery, data science, cybersecurity, and privacy experts drawn from leading law firms, professional services, large corporations, and government agencies. The team’s expertise spans electronic discovery, digital forensics, forensic data analytics, cyber risk, incident response, privacy, and data compliance.

How You Will Contribute You will lead a team of consultants through all phases of the forensic data lifecycle, helping clients and internal teams to leverage forensic data technologies to uncover and manage evidence in contentious legal and regulatory situations. Your work will involve:

Participate in the full lifecycle of forensic data collection and processing, including identification, recovery, preparation, analysis, and preservation of digital data used in legal or regulatory situations.

Lead a team of consultants, managing onsite data collection activities.

Collect, pre‑process, capture and prepare forensic images and other data artifacts for analysis.

Maintain documentation and data according to chain‑of‑custody protocols.

Extract and convert data to migrate it to a review environment.

Process and support images and data once in the review environment.

Analyze artifacts to trace user activity (e.g., file manipulation, USB activity, browser history, chat analysis, cloud activity, cryptocurrency transactions).

Plan and manage onsite data and evidence collection activities.

Build relationships and reputation through excellent stakeholder management.

Communicate technical processes and findings clearly to clients and colleagues, including writing forensic data analysis reports for counsel and clients.

Who You Will Be Working With You will collaborate with a supportive, inclusive team of senior forensic technologists, data analysts, cybersecurity and privacy experts, lawyers, and investigators. A&M encourages learning, growth, and recognition of effort and results.

Qualifications

3–6 years of digital forensics experience in a client‑facing professional service setting.

Extensive experience with onsite and remote forensic preservation of unstructured and structured data sources, including endpoint, mobile, cloud, and social media sources.

Proficiency with forensic tool suites such as OpenText EnCase, Cellebrite UFED for PC, Physical Analyzer, Endpoint Inspector, and Magnet Forensics Axiom.

Experience performing forensic analyses and preparing client‑ready work products.

Sound technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and best‑practice forensic collection and analysis.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Critical thinking in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (computer science, information systems, engineering, etc.).

Flexibility to travel 20–40% of the time.

Relevant industry certifications (GFCE, EnCE, CISSP, etc.) welcome.

Quantitative skills in SAS, Stata, Python, R, Power BI, or SQL preferred.
