Base Salary Range:
$142,600 – $261,500 per year (national); $171,200 – $297,200 per year for select metro markets.

The Opportunity EY’s Agile Business Transformation, driven by SAP technology, helps organizations transform logistics operations. As a SAP Logistics Consultant, you’ll partner with clients to integrate their SAP ERP system with third‑party WMS solutions or legacy WMS applications, creating cohesive, high‑performance supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams.
Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
Configure SAP Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Application Link Enabling (ALE), and related modules.
Design interfaces and integrations between SAP and external WMS applications.
Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications.
Perform testing of solutions.
Support development and delivery of training materials.
Provide on‑site hyper‑care support to client / 3PL warehouse users.
Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen.
Assimilate new knowledge effectively.
Deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving.
Experience managing engagement economics and resource planning.
Leadership in team management and change facilitation.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) or equivalent.
4–6 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of SAP logistics integration with external WMS.
Experience designing interfaces using EDI, X12, EDIFACT, and/or API technologies.
Experience configuring SAP Logistics Execution, Materials Management, and inventory systems.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing.
Comfort researching client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, and technologies.
Managing SAP projects or workstreams and teams.
Flexibility to travel 40–60% of the time.
Preferred:
Prior consulting or deep functional experience.
SAP certifications.
Minimum two full‑lifecycle S/4 implementations.
Minimum two full‑lifecycle integrations with external WMS and SAP.
Proficiency with specific EDI messages (846, 856, 888, 940, 943, 944, 945, 947). Knowledge of X12 or EDIFACT equivalents.
Experience with API integration to non‑SAP WMS solutions.
Hands‑on SAP configuration, custom RICEF design, functional specs, test scripts, and training material creation.
Understanding of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing.
