Responsibilities
Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives
Care about people and profit
Support learning and career growth within a dynamic team
Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment
Manage inventory, assets, safety, and operational issues
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all store areas and delivery vehicles
Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous improvement
Build customer relationships and ensure positive in-store and phone experiences
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school coursework is a plus
Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket or DIY hobbies
Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
Knowledge of inventory management systems
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Preferred: automotive industry background, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How, or experience in related fields
