Position Purpose

Lift Operators at the Dartmouth Skiway play an integral role in the safety and service of our guests. Lift Operations Team Members are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of lifts and carpets while providing excellent guest service. Lift Operations Team Members contribute to the success of the Mountain Operations by performing a wide variety of tasks. Responsibilities

Operates lifts in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner. Provides excellent guest service at lift and beginner areas. Provides daily maintenance/safety checks in compliance with NHPTSB. Assists mountain operations with snow and ice mitigation including shoveling, sanding, and salting on premises. Assists in maintenance duties related to snowmaking and mountain operations systems including but not limited to parking lots, timbering operations, and building maintenance. Follows all policies and procedures of the Dartmouth Skiway. Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications

Required Qualifications Basic knowledge/understanding of large machinery. Good communications skills and patience. Physically capable to perform tasks and duties of position. Ability to work outside for extended periods of time in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in the outdoors. Passion for Snowsports. High School graduate or equivalent. FLSA
