Position Purpose The Substitute Assistant Teacher supports teachers with childcare responsibilities.
Location Hanover, NH
Schedule Flexible.
Required Qualifications
Some experience working with children.
Completion of required training including training in universal precautions.
Maintains pediatric First Aid/ CPR training certification.
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate.
Responsibilities
Assists regular staff with childcare in a play‑based curriculum.
Works with children ranging from 6 weeks to 54 months.
Assists in supervising children, participating in play, and engaging children.
Participates in some light housekeeping.
Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality in actions, interactions, and communications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
