About the Role We’re seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations at a metal fabrication facility in greater Nashville. The ideal candidate will have proven tube laser maintenance experience and can ensure equipment reliability to support production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fabrication equipment, with a focus on tube laser systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Will be responsible for 24/7 on‑call coverage.
Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing tube/flat lasers preferred.
3+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
Ability to read schematics and work with electrical/mechanical systems.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
