Salary: $50,000 - $70,000.

Work Schedule Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Workdays: Monday – Friday

Mission The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide for the needs of our community through selfless service under the sign of love.

Position Summary Under the supervision of the RSS Employment Director and/or the Employment Program Manager, the Client Services Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate smooth operations within the employment program by managing schedules, resources, and communications. The coordinator serves as a central point of contact, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently and deadlines are met. Additionally, coordinators often assist in planning and executing various projects or events, utilizing their organizational skills to maintain productivity and team cohesion.

Position Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating service programs, interventions, and policies to meet the evolving needs of clients and communities.

Coordinate and organize various tasks, events, projects, or initiatives within the program or organization as assigned by the Refugee Leadership Team.

Facilitate communication between program team members and the leadership team, ensuring information flows effectively.

Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members, meetings, and events.

Assist in training new team members, providing guidance on procedures, policies, and best practices.

Label, track, and allocate resources such as materials and equipment to support project goals and objectives.

Compile, analyze, and present data or information to support decision-making, performance evaluation, and strategic planning utilizing program databases and spreadsheet reporting tools.

Monitor and evaluate the quality of work, client case-note review, deliverables, and processes to ensure they meet established standards and requirements.

Collect client and mentor feedback through surveys as needed.

Promote program activities and services through public presentations, social media posts, agency newsletter articles, and volunteer recruitment. Able to present to small and large groups of people.

Collaborate and refer clients with other in-house programs, including Employment, Education, and Case Management.

Transport clients when necessary in agency vehicle.

Complete all necessary required professional training in a timely manner.

Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Faith and Moral standards.

Be sensitive to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

Approach all interactions and undertakings with a solution-oriented mindset, promoting collaboration and commitment to the Mission and Vision of the organization.

Follow safety training and protocols daily, taking precautionary measures to ensure safety and well-being of self and others.

Protect the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization, including but not limited to client names and information, services rendered, donors and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.

Other duties as assigned by the Director of Refugee Employment & Youth Mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social service or business-related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years working within a social service environment that demonstrates sensitivity and appreciation for diverse cultural populations.

Have reliable transportation, valid driver license, clean driving record, and valid vehicle insurance.

Must be 21 years of age or older and adhere to the CCAOSA policy regarding agency vehicle operation.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social service environment demonstrating sensitivity and appreciation for diverse cultural populations.

Experience with personal computer, various computer software, email and Microsoft Works, specifically Excel.

Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and on a team.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to maintain appropriate ethical boundaries and professional client relationships.
