Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX1031) is looking for an enthusiastic 1031 Exchange Regional Sales Executive to add to their national team. Experience in the 1031 Exchange, Commercial/Residential Real Estate or Escrow industry is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Schedule appointments to call on existing and prospective clients Work with colleagues to locate targets to sell 1031 Exchange services Public speaking – to small and large audiences of varying backgrounds Report to sales team on efforts, successes and challenges to find goal oriented solutions Evaluate market conditions to find new sale opportunities, partnerships and initiatives You must possess customer service and interpersonal skills to succeed in appointment setting, client contact and relationship development. IPX1031 is a fast-paced, busy, fun and demanding company.
