Required Technical/Functional Skills
Knowledge of end-to-end solutioning on MDM project
Deep expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), data integration using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), data warehousing with Snowflake, enterprise data services (EDS), and WebMethods integration suite
Hands‑on technical leader, owning end‑to‑end solution delivery and working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams. Focus on key business domains: person, patient, product, HCP (Health Care Professional), HCO (Health Care Organization), asset, CAPA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient data and integration solutions.
Architect and oversee end‑to‑end MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality, match and merge rules, and survivorship strategies for key domains.
Develop comprehensive ETL/ELT architecture and data pipelines using IICS and Snowflake, optimizing performance for high‑volume processing.
Design and implement integration patterns and APIs using WebMethods to facilitate seamless data exchange.
Define architecture for Enterprise Data Services (EDS) to enable data sharing across the organization.
Serve as technical SME, guiding and mentoring development and implementation teams.
Lead technical discussions, workshops, design reviews, and approve deliverables.
Collaborate with PMs, business analysts, and architects to define scope, resources, and timelines.
Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and manage relationships.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for all audiences.
Proactively manage project risks and communicate transparently.
Hands‑on implementation, debugging, and guiding the team through complex tasks.
Lead development and configuration of MDM modules (Entity 360, Provisioning Tool, IDD).
Drive performance tuning for MDM matching, IICS jobs, and Snowflake queries.
Manage APIs, integrations, and ESB components with WebMethods.
Oversee data governance, security, and compliance within the architecture.
Master class experience with industry‑leading MDM platform, including data modeling, quality, hierarchy, and governance.
Proven ETL/ELT design and development expertise using IICS and other tools.
Deep experience with Snowflake architecture, modeling, and optimization.
Strong background in WebMethods integration and API management.
Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
Experience mastering data domains such as Person, Patient, Product, HCP, HCO, Asset, CAPA.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
