Description The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM works with their leader to set restaurant goals and develops plans to achieve them. The GM leads a team of Department Managers, providing coaching and direction to improve performance and ensuring the team meets departmental goals.
Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them in collaboration with leadership.
Lead and coach Department Managers, setting departmental goals, monitoring progress, and providing training.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
Qualifications
Prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
Must be 18 years or older.
