What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of solar and retrofit projects
Develop and review customer and subcontractor contracts, along with project execution plans
Oversee project activities to maintain schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise
Serve as the primary liaison for the customer and the employer's team regarding project-related items
Establish and manage document control processes to ensure all project information is accurately maintained
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager with parallel discipline projects
Familiarity with CA IOU Utility interconnect agreements and California Utility regulatory agencies
Experience with the DSA approval process and willingness to travel as needed
Strong written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with infection protection and HCAI
Knowledge of electrical theory, National Electric Code, and California Building and Electrical Codes
OSHA certification
Experience using Procore project management software
Customer-focused mentality with the ability to foresee and handle objections
