About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established and growing CPA firm, is seeking a
Tax Senior
to join their collaborative, high-performing team. The firm serves a diverse mix of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private equity-backed partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and multistate tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Manage client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
Research and resolve complex tax issues, including multi-state and pass-through entity matters.
Collaborate with partners and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client advisory services.
Supervise, mentor, and review work performed by staff accountants and interns.
Maintain proactive communication with clients to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
Active CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred.
3–8 years of experience in public accounting, including review-level exposure.
Proficiency with CCH Axcess or similar tax preparation software.
Experience with high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and private investment entities.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
