Advise clients on a variety of sophisticated and often complex
employment law matters. Prepare and negotiate
employment agreements and contracts to a high standard. Represent clients in
litigation
matters, including but not limited to, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, trade secrets, and whistleblower claims. Collaborate across multiple teams , including the Corporate team,
providing strategic advice,
and drafting employment-related agreements in
M&A transactions. Work directly with clients to provide
practical and meaningful legal counsel . Who You Are
Experience:
Ideally over 2 years of experience, preferably with an Amlaw or reputable boutique practice. All levels welcome to apply! Skills:
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge:
Labor & Employment law, federal and state, with the ability to progress matters independently. Mindset:
A self-starter and team player, with a track record of delivering results and a keen attention to detail. Membership:
