Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Foundation Operations for a highly mission‑driven healthcare organization. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic projects, cross‑department collaboration, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a mission‑driven, compassionate leader experienced in complex healthcare or clinical environments. This is a hybrid role (3 days on site / 2 days remote) based in Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead foundation and executive‑level projects supporting organizational growth and division‑wide initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to develop strategy, oversee project execution, and strengthen operational impact.
Collaborate across departments to drive alignment, communication, and workflow effectiveness.
Serve as a key liaison on high‑level initiatives requiring coordination, discretion, and professionalism.
Represent leadership in meetings, ensuring follow‑through, documentation, and timely execution of priorities.
