You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, delivering technology projects that align with EY's strategy. As a client‑facing Senior Manager, you will motivate teams, build client relationships, and manage delivery of complex programs. Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met. Develop resource plans and budgets, managing engagement economics effectively. Skills and Attributes for Success
Drive and support sales activities, including proposals and engagement estimates. Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow‑enabled transformations, working with senior client executives. Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and solution delivery. Ability to manage 2-3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources. Excellent business acumen, fact‑based decision making, and conflict resolution skills. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow implementation experience. 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience at Senior Manager or Director level. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management. Strong consulting and interpersonal skills; executive communication and adaptability. Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%. Desired Additional Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications are a plus). Experience in ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). What We Offer You
