Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management leadership role for Infusion Vertical
Lead the financial stability through strategic revenue cycle management
About Our Client The hiring company is a medium-sized organization specializing in providing AI innovated, digitized healthcare revenue cycle solutions.
Job Description Key Requirements:
Maintain and manage all AHS Infusion customers assuring Client communications, Service Level Achievements, and P&L responsibility for services
Maintain and identify opportunities for key performance Indicators inclusive of DSO, A/R >90, technology delivery, etc.
Industry leading knowledge of managing Biologic and Non-Biologic Infusion delivery
Strong comprehension of healthcare industry/revenue cycle and the correlation with AHS solutions and services inclusive of Medical Coding, Prior Authorization, and Back End revenue cycle management for Infusion service
Within the first thirty (30) days of employment, you will present a detailed plan that outlines an overall plan for improved service delivery for current Infusion Customers, Travel up to four (4) days per week if required.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Infusion related services and orchestrating development within our ARMS Ai platform for world Class RCM services
Responsible for client account receivable payments

Strong expertise in revenue cycle operations, particularly in infusion services.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Minimum of 5-10 years of healthcare and/or enterprise hospital sales experience,
Bachelor or and advance degree above
