Key Responsibilities

Engage in client consultations and challenge the unclaimed property and escheat approach for optimal effectiveness.

Develop strong relationships with clients and internal resources while coaching junior team members.

Implement extensive knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements.

Work collaboratively in a high‑collaboration culture.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience.

CPA certification, membership in the US Bar, or professional designation from IPT.

Technical expertise in compliance, audit defense, and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services.

Experience in performance and process advisory related to unclaimed property compliance.

Broad exposure to state and local taxation.

Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred

Minimum of 5 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment.
