Corporate FP&A Analyst
Location: Wall NJ
Salary: $90k - $100k
Hybrid - 3/2 days remote
Overview Financial Analyst opening with an expanding company in Wall Township! Partner with the leadership team to evaluate potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of financial modeling experience. In this exciting Corporate position, you will play a key role in supporting management and operations with critical accounting information and analytics in order for the company to meet their overall strategic plan.
Responsibilities
Assist with executing transactions by providing due diligence support, participating in negotiations and preparing documents.
Liaise with Finance counterparts of target companies
Collaborate with both corporate and business unit leaders
Create complex financial models to value and analyze transactions.
Create and maintain forecasts on cash flow, EBITDA, etc of potential acquisitions.
Draft management presentations and board materials to leverage in acquisition transactions.
Remain current with market development
Ensure a foundational knowledge of target clients
Provide pro forma financial and operational analysis.
Create efficiencies and automation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to apply valuation techniques and concepts.
Proficiency in Workday a plus.
